Cancel policy

Cancellations received by May 23, 2023 (JST) shall be refunded 50% of the full amount; no refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 24, 2023 (JST).

All cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing via email to wcfs2023_reg@convention.co.jp

In addition, no refund may be made in the event that the organizer decides to restrict or suspend the event or change the format of the event due to natural disasters, fire, epidemics, war, terrorism, transportation disruption, power outages, damage to network facilities, requests, instructions, orders or regulations of government agencies, or other reasons beyond the organizer's control.

Downloading your certificate of attendance

Your certificate of attendance is available to download at the service counter between Aug 30, 2023 - Sep 30, 2023,(JST)

Changing your information/Downloading confirmation and receipt

You can revise or change your information and download the registration confirmation at the service counter.
Receipt for the registration fee is also available to download from the service counter until Sep 30, 2023, (JST)
